The Leaders In Belonging initiative will provide $100,000 unrestricted awards to five “fierce community advocates” working to identify, transform, and eliminate barriers to inclusion, justice, and sustainability in San Diego. The foundation hopes by granting this award annually – change makers will have more support to sustain the movements and the work that would be impossible without them.
